Professional Experience:

Mr. Neill is a St. Louis attorney with 27 years experience in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. He is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law (J.D. 1977, A.B. cum laude, 1974). He is a former prosecuting attorney for the Village of Riverview and City of Bella Villa. He was a member of the Judicial Commission for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, (1986 – 1991) and Board of Election Commissioners by appointment of Governor Mel Carnahan as well as he was appointed to the Convention Center Commission and Board of Tax Appeals by Mayor Vince Schoemehl. Member of the Missouri Bar, BAMSL, Lawyers Association, St. Louis County Bar Association, National Association of Trial Lawyers of American and National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyer. Mediation and arbitration practice areas of commercial matters and personal injury.
