Kenneth R. Heineman

Professional Experience

Ken is a lead trial lawyer who regularly handles product liability, intellectual property, toxic tort and business litigation cases across the country for such major corporations as Emerson Electric and Monsanto.

 

Ken was one of the lead attorneys in the successful defense of Kemner vs. Monsanto, the longest civil jury trial in American history. He served as Assistant U.S. Attorney, Eastern District of Missouri from 1969 to 1972 and served as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1966 to 1968. Ken is listed in the 2009 and 2010 editions of Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Mass Tort Litigation. In 2010, he was also listed in the area of Product Liability Litigation. He was also voted as a 2008 and 2009 Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer” in the area of General Litigation law. Presently serves “Of Counsel” at Husch Blackwell, LLP.
